WHITE ROCK & SOUTH SURREY

I serve clients all over Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley

The City of White Rock is named after a distinctive large, white granite boulder located on the beach by the popular White Rock ocean front promenade. White Rock is a pretty beach side community less than a one hour drive south of downtown Vancouver, close to the Peace Arch border crossing to the US. White Rock/South Surrey is a popular destination with beautiful coastlines, beaches, the well known, long White Rock pier, an array of trendy cafes and restaurants, galleries, golf courses, nature trails and more.

Sheltered Semiahmoo Bay, with a magnificent beach front draws local residents and visitors to walk the pier and promenade, have a picnic on the beach, dine at one of the many waterfront restaurants and to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The climate is mild with less rain and more recorded hours of sunshine than Vancouver.

The city offers year-round activities and events for all ages, including:
⦁ White Rock Sea Festival
⦁ Tour de White Rock - bike races
⦁ White Rock Farmers Market
⦁ Concert Series by the Pier
Golfers will find excellent golf courses and Surrey, “The City of Parks” has more than 400 parks with a wide range of activities.

There are first class public schools and private high schools on the peninsula. ‘Semiahmoo High School’ in central White Rock offers the ‘International Baccalaureate’ academic program.
